Due to people previously trying to use our sales policy to manipulate and cheat us, we have had to change it drastically.

• All deposits made to hold animals are nonrefundable. Deposits hold an animal for 14 days, unless other arrangements are made. 
• Once an animal leaves our possession we are no longer responsible for ailments, accidents or death. We are not able to control what people do to the animal once it leaves us, unfortunately people sometimes fail to listen to our care advice. 
• Rescues and Owner Surrenders have no health guarantee as we can not know what genetics they have or what care they received prior to coming to us.
• We absolutely do not sell mix sex animals to pet homes. If you would like information on breeding please contact us. We are happy to help new breeders, but it should be done properly.
